The Supports for People with DisABILITIES Program requires a 48 hour Weekend Worker for the Northwood Residence. This position will provide residential support to 3 men with developmental & physical disabilities and personal care needs. The hours for this position are Friday 11:00pm – Sunday 11:00pm.0 ~5 l- x/ b; R# m. R

• Acting as a strong advocate for the individuals in the community% d: I* u8 Z3 z7 X0 l
• Program implementation
7 o9 p$ B0 }- n• Completion of daily documentation and data collection
' b7 Y. ?4 c" }/ l4 z• Facilitation of recreation and leisure" f: a% r; ~7 x# ]* j
• Personal care, including lifts and transfers of individuals
1 M0 z, f4 ]; M% Y$ Y• Behavior management
- ]9 O) F7 ~5 [2 y2 s& F• Medication Administration
7 K) S' q$ ^' }8 X- c• Day to day operations in a residential setting, including meal preparation, and household cleaning and maintenance

• Completion of a high school diploma) n g+ m. i- f: R3 L
• Six months of experience in the Human Services field, P0 M/ ^+ T; r* i

• Security Clearance Check including the Vulnerable Persons Sector Check (within the last 6 months)1 g0 h1 ~. }- i# ?
• Children’s Services Intervention Record Check (within the last 6 months)

• *Suicide Awareness or Suicide Intervention training
