In 1st and 2nd Samuel, He is our trusted prophet.

He always was, He always is, and He always will be...

! Y3 p$ z6 C! @6 ]$ tHe was bruised and brought healing!
& T& w; x# E: s2 g  d! MHe was pierced and eased pain!
  D! {& j; ]1 I! G8 q, U+ g4 S) BHe was persecuted and brought freedom!
) V; D" g! w2 EHe was dead and brought life!
He is risen and brings power!
! z& D4 D$ D" A  i5 `  X$ nHe reigns and brings Peace!
+ B4 k; M$ c/ B2 hThe world can't understand him,
% u( d, ~2 Y2 r: b1 v6 T" iThe armies can't defeat Him,
3 L) l& u( I& |- o% A' ]The schools can't explain Him, and
The leaders can't ignore Him.
Herod couldn't kill Him,
The Pharisees couldn't confuse Him, and
' i/ j7 C0 h- l+ B7 dThe people couldn't hold Him!
/ m- Z% O% }& P8 N# ^6 X6 D1 ]9 vNero couldn't crush Him,
( M% `9 l: K' ?* _Hitler couldn't silence Him,
The New Age can't replace Him,
and Oprah... can't explain Him away!
6 p2 x4 ^, q4 WHe is Light, Love, Longevity, and Lord.
He is goodness, Kindness, Gentleness, and God.
He is Holy, Righteous, Mighty, Powerful, and Pure.
0 o* D6 F, u5 [# L7 C- B& FHis ways are right, His word is eternal,
His will is unchanging, and His mind is on me.
He is my Redeemer, He is my Savior,

He is my Joy, He is my Comfort,
