Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta
Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

1 h! s+ j+ M  l•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
6 U! {1 k5 x7 q$ ^2 k6 m•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
( X1 O6 v0 w; J- `4 \•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
* C: U7 h' w+ n* c. Z7 S3 t•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

0 k, `# {4 O; o3 W$ R; U•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
1 c0 ~+ u/ N9 ^* S+ _4 s  E) @•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
3 [8 M! a; \/ }0 p•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
