Job Description:

0 {- e  Q% j( ]+ c•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
4 Q6 G7 c/ ?9 S( m& Y•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
" q6 X+ g$ t2 f7 l( R+ [0 z•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

. o" Z* q9 M) l4 {•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
