Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta
Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
1 b) O7 N# b5 R  N" AShifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
1 r: X- S' U7 j" l1 Z) v/ F•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
2 r  G' P3 v& y" R; n7 _6 _" g•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
; m, a2 e9 b/ B- Q•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
8 }" l% N' F6 F: o" ~' R2 G+ D•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.


8 l' B% q, W, R: V2 cSkills/Requirements:

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
& N9 F& x1 U& w6 y•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
