Job Description:

1 k# h+ u. i" d; m•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
# M( s+ ]0 B7 D# j•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
. i! n- i; \  ^# ?0 y7 q•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
  n& u. R# N* q# t  Q9 o•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
  P, f9 r6 i8 v- B  y•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
$ @$ }5 E+ e5 a# q•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:

. l4 H( @3 i' }8 Y4 G1 R•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
9 H1 v4 g: P: E4 D•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
: f: {; K3 K) v# o/ e•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
