> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.

> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
1 |5 ]& V# Z( E! G. X( G7 ^: i, k4 T> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
3 e5 P) B; L, d3 B> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
( D$ O: A' @2 h$ V$ o> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
8 g7 M' F# ]& M: }' {+ N, {& s: j> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
  V9 q% X* s% t) t$ F> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
