2011年11月2日埃德蒙顿消息：虽然10月份的城市街道处处充满令人毛骨悚然的恐怖人物, 埃德蒙顿的房主们却没有理由担忧本地房产市场. 由于季节因素, 10月份各类住宅房的平均价都有所下滑. 与前两年和上月价格相比,10月份独立房的平均价明显下滑. Condo的平均价也低于前两年的同期价格, 比2011年初价格低出$15,500. 总的说来, 各类住宅房的总平均价已经下滑到自3月份以来的最低点, 但比2010年还高$2,500.
