我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。

1 cup Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked) 5 M# _+ T `5 ^
3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon stick margarine or butter, melted & @$ {" ^3 D( v; a3 J6 a
FILLING

4 j5 O! z* ]+ Q+ D* ]9 k3/4 cup granulated sugar

2 eggs

' d* c+ P- w% \ X1 i; M4 c* a4 KHeat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray.

For crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan.

0 w& m) i, @( S6 [. l# N3 ?For filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill. 9 ]" O5 F" G/ V2 O
