我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。) O' T4 S0 I3 `6 B' V+ p' t

1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional) ! W6 K/ | D% i

1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)

2 eggs

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray.

For crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. / y' }3 s# F3 O8 [# a# V' Z
6 K- w8 o& {# w2 z' i' y! Z! qBake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack.

" P3 M( ]2 S9 h4 G& OFor filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill. 7 K6 E0 I7 d# N6 Z3 I$ G2 h! S
