我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。

1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

FILLING

3/4 cup granulated sugar 3 A3 O; d* `7 ?+ y
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon vanilla

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray.

For crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. : G* ~ \6 W5 J

Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack.

# h6 \; E! T# Q. ?# o7 L9 p' rFor filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill. * w7 C: M3 }) \9 X5 U9 O( ^- m
