Haven't been here for a long time. Being extremely business. Now I was advised that Pearl tower at downtown is going to release to the VIP soon.
I was wondering whether or not I will step in as investment. So I would like to know how is the rental market in Edmonton for luxury condos.
Talking about pearl tower, what will be the best facing unit? What will be the best view? Do they have lots of high rise building around?

The Pearl Tower is located on the south of Japser Avenue, around 120 Street. According to its location, the best facing units should be the south facing units and they should have the best view of River area, bridges and the University of Alberta. Of course, their prices should be higher than other direction.

As a realtor, I also help other people to do single family house rental. I can say, the rental market is quite good in Edmonton. But I did not have a chance to do luxury condo rental.

上网看了一下，如果是朝向河谷而不被遮挡的，最低要60万左右能买到900多尺。150万可以买到2000尺的。应该说还是比较稀缺的。从River Park One 以来这是唯一的全新的河景公寓。Illuminada没有河景，Icon的河景也很有限，而且以后肯定被遮挡住的。
