办理了工卡还需要申请SIN卡吗

申请的Wok Permit刚下来，我的Wok Permit类型是OPEN EA；不知道是否需要申请SIN卡之后才能出去工作？如果需要申请SIN，在什么地方可以办理，请明白的朋友赐教，谢谢了！

1. Yes you need SIN number in order to starting your job
