If one doesn't work out, then I will consider hiring 2 caregivers to share this night shift schedule. Each one will be paid on a hourly rate of $12 - $14/hr. Since I start this recruitment so early this time, I might get lucky in the next six months!; e! e$ s& A# L- R& L9 @

My current day-time caregiver is super nice and she has been helping me out more than a year and will continue doing so. Therefore, I wish to find someone similar who is also able to make a long-term commitment. 1 x5 }1 \3 X: C l+ ?/ X# q# Y
