But I most concern is the price since both of them need re-design by ourself. From your experence, how much difference between DV and Artisan roughly, like 5% to 10% difference in total cost? 9 ^3 V' }" {( B8 h$ H( j

Artisan gives the rough price which is around $160~170/sqft. if the house is around 3000 sqft, the totla price problably will be around $750,000. do you think we need add more than $100,000 for upgrading? our budget is not that high.* N2 S U' h' c, J# }& \

If build 2800-3000 sq ft house at smaller lot of 38' pocket , what is the roguhly price? any suggestions are welcome. ( a( g7 T3 b9 C" L# i
