But I most concern is the price since both of them need re-design by ourself. From your experence, how much difference between DV and Artisan roughly, like 5% to 10% difference in total cost? / B3 l1 p4 U+ F2 Z1 z/ ~" U
1 Y0 H& d) c* ~7 v% n7 p% n8 k: uArtisan gives the rough price which is around $160~170/sqft. if the house is around 3000 sqft, the totla price problably will be around $750,000. do you think we need add more than $100,000 for upgrading? our budget is not that high.: c& W( L6 _! Y6 s9 _
