But I most concern is the price since both of them need re-design by ourself. From your experence, how much difference between DV and Artisan roughly, like 5% to 10% difference in total cost?

N* q6 F7 {! ?Artisan gives the rough price which is around $160~170/sqft. if the house is around 3000 sqft, the totla price problably will be around $750,000. do you think we need add more than $100,000 for upgrading? our budget is not that high.$ o8 _* L ]2 _* N+ z1 e1 ^! T; \& m+ j

If build 2800-3000 sq ft house at smaller lot of 38' pocket , what is the roguhly price? any suggestions are welcome.
