我大一刚来不熟悉一门课报了但是从来没上结果F了怎么办

我大一刚来不熟悉，报了一门音乐但是从来没上结果F了。学期结束才发现,我是art的学生，找谁或者给谁发邮件解释情况，找那个音乐老师还是辅导师。很重要啊。

如果从来没有上，根据出勤记录应该算是 drop class 吧。需要去说明一下，按照 drop class 处理，个人就是损失钱，但是成绩应该不算了。

find your department student adviser to explain your case. However, because you missed the drop class deadline, the F would stay in your transcripts. Thought you have one more change to retake the same class to have a great mark and make your transcripts looks better.
