JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS9 n. y5 ?/ j' K+ g
The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as4 Z( |: o4 l: K+ o- D+ n- T
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative2 M& o2 G0 d/ Y6 w4 a
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable" z/ b9 b$ F) Z% h8 _
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly7 O9 T; E% c0 I( `3 ?, J7 k
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
* A& T( i# \# i# w; X% `- M( y' h• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.7 B9 U0 ?8 L8 D+ O. v) s
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
( U3 @8 A; }& g• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
# q* A4 } _/ i# z+ g• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required" y9 S3 N3 b v& H
• Some field operational experience7 Z" E. x; g- |2 ^. ~# N' s9 l
• Some knowledge of the services company provides$ ]( j6 S3 a6 {6 H6 ?
• Strong computer skills
) J R! W* N1 F• Class 5 licence.7 v5 o+ |& A' H5 K+ s

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。& S2 P& Q$ R* _( M% j' D0 l

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。

4 s0 w% C M5 {! R. n- T ^另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
