TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR

The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: ^9 q, f& z7 c( F
• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations." E% m6 ?( _2 ?2 R5 t* O
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.) W z' ?, o8 v
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
' A [! e' P0 z! t9 O0 @• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.% u9 m5 o7 H: Q$ J% _' s$ ~8 ?
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
" K$ t1 W+ k6 O4 u* c0 R Q' htimelines and budgets G3 Y( \( I8 |! x0 u8 j
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
( [, r" `2 k& f( i2 P4 T3 Y. p9 ecompany’s business goals and policies5 i3 U3 s6 k- D* i( t
• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.2 k7 ]$ o5 h ^" J
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE3 H6 k+ T, K6 i2 T/ r* q* z" |( w
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
1 Z/ N+ ]* Z" b/ O• Some field operational experience
! U" I( H2 A( i5 c, Q+ x- v, ?• Some knowledge of the services company provides

% |; ?8 f# h9 [补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

" f6 R C) R$ r3 s% Y! y" v有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。9 C+ R2 P& j$ A/ k, }

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
