JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
' A4 K( K) u( `# ~& Q5 }The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
2 Z) K) v0 y( }! `6 q ^well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
( S& T- b, Z# E( gand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable6 f: u: @2 y1 e
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly! x8 J8 K9 |, x

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
7 S, W- N2 `% z. S) j• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.9 Y2 s5 B+ v/ d* m; a1 S
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.$ J( f" V3 J7 A, r: ?; }. V& E
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.) w# ^6 i6 a. _3 l) J0 b& y
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.8 I2 G& u2 e" M" j) j
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
/ P [+ R, b6 Xtimelines and budgets7 t; t6 `3 c/ N. F- }1 O9 Q. }) N; u
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring( I4 D8 ]" N' C% i+ _' V E' Y

% ?- R" ]3 d: |EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
^6 U1 y$ ?. k" x* o! R6 C• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
) f8 q% M3 k5 ~1 \* U' Y' a' y9 p, V• Some field operational experience
- n( [1 |* q% q. w+ _) i# d8 D) {• Some knowledge of the services company provides$ H+ O/ L- V2 S( f; |1 f# ?
• Strong computer skills7 V8 G& _0 m: K( @
• Class 5 licence.

2 r2 Y5 Z( u t/ C M" W5 ~补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

6 h% f; H9 t1 O/ Y1 a) R* M9 P有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。2 P6 b: _/ ^1 ~- g! T+ ~/ y2 `

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
