TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR

The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as0 S* G1 q2 ~8 P6 D# {
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
1 P+ z' E: }4 V$ y% Uand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable* r3 O, t- f7 T# X' U1 y
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly+ \) _4 Q1 K( J
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations( g" L5 u3 h) p/ u

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.* _ S2 T. c; j
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.* w. x5 l* J. l9 V/ l. z0 c* J
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.1 M" H( M' T5 `% h2 a
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.6 Q& y, @+ J& G/ M% g9 S; c* ~. z
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
1 G1 h7 }9 O" K' N• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
) H$ W% h" I: Q• Some field operational experience
) r4 c1 ?3 \" x+ ]* ?( w• Some knowledge of the services company provides9 C, I4 z2 @* C a$ I" c
• Strong computer skills

+ K6 i. v5 y" c* c6 f补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

2 i7 s; e' o! h有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。& W! D3 g/ o8 Z
+ a! {% D7 l c, J! }1 O希望真正喜欢油田和室外工作的朋友申请，不要只是为了临时赚钱。公司希望长久员工，并且提供提升机会。

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
