The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
$ S- N$ E" g A; |4 N+ ~: w* bwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
3 z; y: B# w1 pand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
; c' ?: _( l/ `8 V" pcoordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly( S" F! x4 U! [6 q
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations. P! D9 q3 e* f' I" y- M) b
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.2 u# x8 |2 q: }% D/ o
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.# A- f4 y. @' w* Q: n4 E
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
( k! Z6 ]& J9 W• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required' M A4 v2 f: w+ c. A% X( B
• Some field operational experience
# S1 ?; z3 E2 M0 C7 i6 j0 O) C+ q• Some knowledge of the services company provides
. N/ M' [( x/ a1 L& n, B v& J# U• Strong computer skills
) L: \5 ^3 |: _( Z/ G1 `• Class 5 licence.

' ^! [/ o1 C1 M& M. a' V. M- Z0 E' g补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

" n$ [2 ?' r. O' B有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
