TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR4 @2 m% x8 Q& S, l5 w+ v
JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS/ P: J, G& M) T5 s% G/ [9 a% i
The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as0 G( ~- o. ~& E# Y8 s: N
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
! z6 \. I! A' B. m" Tand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable, F6 W3 e9 b5 O7 ^! o! k# a& w' L
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly5 q. ?2 o2 K6 _/ n9 e) I
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations) r3 ~, R! G4 X# S
Coordinator.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- C8 G; e8 u4 Y: h2 t- [• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.6 u- Y( N. r% N2 [1 I4 j4 {% |
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.6 o( X4 ^) z- B5 ?4 y, v# X
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
& r8 N$ j) d" u) q' _: _- W( R• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.* \# I$ e& q# f" Y5 U2 F
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
$ [4 g4 p% f0 z+ o" P% @timelines and budgets% p4 j9 E8 I9 k
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
& z# \' {) j9 {2 ?" h! s& tcompany’s business goals and policies( T4 ?: p7 O; k* J: D% \, `
• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.

• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required* z: G: R7 |+ j# T
• Some field operational experience
+ w4 ]# h/ ^+ L E6 `• Some knowledge of the services company provides2 W% B& n- {3 { M3 ?9 e( V
• Strong computer skills

# M2 d' |; _9 O' ]! B+ |0 S补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。, C. o9 k5 G9 M2 Q

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。
