JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
0 M: d8 M: W3 ^& d- SThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as! D; I! K" N& C5 y5 G
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative5 n: B) r1 |& G& ^& y' d( w, e
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
3 }! h- f: `; @ J, K+ w; icoordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly& O# b) t2 M* ?+ p

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
. n" m+ F( h$ k9 K• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
2 m8 c& ~* u+ ^• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
2 N A8 \) d8 B2 z• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.

timelines and budgets
1 U: P4 {& U% H• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
2 [" }& c! L7 Y- j) Kcompany’s business goals and policies
: B+ i- G" c! B• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.2 C; \* V- F$ R1 p- O

• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required$ C w6 s% N2 g9 F' ^$ ^- W
• Some field operational experience

• Strong computer skills
& n% N8 b$ Z9 [! _" D+ s; o• Class 5 licence.

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。$ h {/ T! R7 ]
9 c9 o% f) b: ` T' T* c有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。

7 z: g6 E# T( D, ~1 u. X另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
