JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS. Q+ |, R6 d% A1 ?
The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as$ g2 X9 t, O: |& N
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative* {- p8 G3 [1 [
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
! b7 Z& P. k; r$ p9 r, f5 }, scoordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly

• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
' \2 L/ A" a/ R1 b! x: o" H• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.7 O% H" B; N8 X5 l% C5 w; S
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.+ _/ Q) ]! K. K1 d' d" H; N, d: {
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,* z- s7 Y! f6 E! z# f/ G; l
timelines and budgets T1 p7 j7 G S: }
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring# V1 u6 ?- F5 Q# [4 V- e
company’s business goals and policies/ t( @) R V3 k: l& ?3 R: Y ]
• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.

3 _/ A5 h+ G0 Q8 T/ M3 a2 s• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required' c5 M5 k$ k" ?
• Some field operational experience/ _3 ~ o9 c/ P$ o7 K+ c% a# J
• Some knowledge of the services company provides' V) I. B( }" `7 x+ ~- U( H* r
• Strong computer skills: j+ l% s2 i+ q1 e7 K% |& k0 H6 y
• Class 5 licence.

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。3 ]% q2 ?, [! U# [6 p

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。0 C. ]0 e/ f& z- ^" A$ N6 a

! i+ O5 b2 L) q5 T) `) g8 h另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
