The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
* C! D5 f0 T4 `, c+ m) wwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
" D: I* ^4 ~; j+ ?8 fand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable& z; v1 X4 j, @2 u
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly: c' N" _* ~6 U. c( e
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations# ]5 p# h+ ?6 ?- b: Q
Coordinator.

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.

• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.

& U. U/ t5 j) n& ~2 c+ S• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role. H5 g5 p8 {- {/ o6 S+ O
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
2 V1 p' b2 V- O1 h- u7 c; v• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
! O- I0 u2 F k3 ?0 C• Some field operational experience
0 P8 b2 k3 E% U% L• Some knowledge of the services company provides

• Class 5 licence.

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

5 V" m8 l$ O) V) y1 [, |有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。. d* O$ Y' Z* V a

8 B" _. r2 }3 I0 Y7 I) f3 M另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
