TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR, N/ ?1 p: k/ D7 X7 P' E7 J: d
JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
3 P" r) t5 S. g; f8 n7 `& aThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
6 t% z# V3 D5 F, l" \) R$ f! jwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative: m6 ^" P$ w# I9 u& t# y* h" h
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable

contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
6 I$ f8 l* I8 y# m4 ^• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.0 e( c. o& J; U4 U# q# Y
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.* t% A, Y' D- O
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
( F& p' m$ ~# m• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
/ M5 ]4 N2 a9 E7 l+ [2 @# ?- Z, b• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,

• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring- H& r) y; ?6 }! r
company’s business goals and policies
5 l# n" N7 X! K) u# \• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.
# z- f# _' q4 E- jEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE# t% R" ?/ f3 K \2 l
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required* f% a6 I/ z1 d+ Q" x2 e6 \8 d
• Some field operational experience
3 I+ U) F# ? C, }5 k• Some knowledge of the services company provides0 T6 B% l$ |% g' s! c/ E4 w
• Strong computer skills1 v4 q, m1 ~7 N5 ?
• Class 5 licence.

- E G7 x: R. |9 u1 M. Y ^补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

+ Z+ E% A& Z, B( ~6 ^: g另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
