4 Q- r* v+ ]( D% Z( j2 {9 tThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
2 r" K4 K5 A5 e! g N' P3 wwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative7 h' v; `# M" k
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.- s; V4 P# P( w
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.8 ^/ }( y1 i5 I
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.' o* V- d: z7 J# j* q& ?* Y1 q
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment." _" |% o" b0 E2 O3 ]8 W
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,$ Z }. `1 C% @' q
timelines and budgets: v/ Q7 e% m, f* h( i; p
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring% }' H1 r/ V: b
company’s business goals and policies- P$ ^: g% q" E- R9 {
• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.

• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required0 m1 H; o0 x0 q" t+ \4 p1 w
• Some field operational experience
) t$ g; P2 u' H3 _- C, P: q. s4 c• Some knowledge of the services company provides
& d& }4 j2 t8 O& t• Strong computer skills
5 U s* C, y" [* U+ z j• Class 5 licence.

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。: C* a+ x) ]% q- T: B# s
. d; L1 [6 U: q8 l+ [
有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。( A: k" r2 }7 K: P ^
7 A6 p5 S: B4 T s1 f希望真正喜欢油田和室外工作的朋友申请，不要只是为了临时赚钱。公司希望长久员工，并且提供提升机会。

2 S3 `; g4 n/ H* H另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。
