JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS3 ]6 h9 o9 ^+ w: \
The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
# q) G; f _' L0 lwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative! _- p- w T6 w( D
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable6 @+ i+ B. V* H2 X& m. k/ F
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly8 r" ?: |/ l4 q W g2 Q4 S1 p4 A
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations* N# T$ u/ N# p8 Q2 z
Coordinator.

• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.* D5 p6 _% q! Y0 Y+ S/ W8 w+ c: V
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.+ E* w1 P9 S5 u
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
& M2 _$ r8 b! F1 W! p' p• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures," s5 ^1 q2 O% E1 D8 r% W7 o$ j
timelines and budgets
" q) y: g, Y, |& W4 n• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
% z" C# k& Z. b- ?* Hcompany’s business goals and policies& P) g# ^, {9 q' d1 S1 Z: o
• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.: \( N" _. z5 F5 [
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
$ l; y h/ T! P( o• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required. M2 |8 r1 T/ ~& [4 ^0 S+ k. { G
• Some field operational experience
" f' f. d) H6 k* d* S• Some knowledge of the services company provides
1 ]' O$ Z& m% T* o6 B• Strong computer skills1 D- H, K! @) d/ m$ v
• Class 5 licence.

- C# _- }4 o0 M' r0 _补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。6 d. \2 y; a1 n! @
' J: G" M" s/ g; Z, X
有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。( F, x$ N1 [% R2 M" _4 N
v: U& p2 \" b# I, M1 v, q希望真正喜欢油田和室外工作的朋友申请，不要只是为了临时赚钱。公司希望长久员工，并且提供提升机会。

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。- b$ w3 S9 g- O. ?

4 g; x; A( B4 n( l& q由于收到大量简历和邮件, 现在报名截止. 请后面的朋友不要再发简历了. 虽然收到了很多朋友的简历,但是我不可能全部推荐上去,只能找背景和条件都相对比较符合的1-2人推荐上去. 希望没有收到我回复的朋友不要灰心,继续move on.

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
