The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as. l. Q+ m6 b! G& \8 {- G
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.4 v3 R. |2 S+ j8 G4 p/ U
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.

• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,0 H9 Z; o( c& {- o, a$ f3 d
timelines and budgets+ d1 @0 T8 J \
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
' J; ~: `5 W( ^- ?! C! k: ?company’s business goals and policies
$ Q z3 D1 Z* G3 D• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.

• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required0 f. w: |" e0 \1 @: j8 d# I
• Some field operational experience
+ v0 C9 y- w. R! G) T9 T; c• Some knowledge of the services company provides

• Class 5 licence.

4 m1 V$ R6 B! A补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。' O2 i8 y ^4 ]! B& o, b6 k% }4 Y
( r/ g: q" A& u希望真正喜欢油田和室外工作的朋友申请，不要只是为了临时赚钱。公司希望长久员工，并且提供提升机会。1 T' ]; }( x' g" I5 R3 W
8 [8 x- T$ H; C2 o另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。
