TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR
7 N% L2 g% v' A- BJOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
4 T4 r& [ V; r* }& G' N: qThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
) u2 e! U$ _& b8 }: Cwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative8 t; ^" h* N A' V& {
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable+ S/ z4 |, O& @# l6 t6 Y, C( w
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly# I' P- B! T. x7 _
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations: M5 Z, G) F' \1 l) e

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
8 R; N7 f; R) r6 v. N6 e8 H• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
; t8 q, S7 Z U% S7 ]• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
0 }; T9 U7 K" k) }% G• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
4 Q) y A. y2 e" U• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.+ K; Z/ r9 f1 H
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,7 Y/ ~) f) X6 f5 W
timelines and budgets
5 L; u2 z8 N: M- S! k" T• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring% T* l9 A6 T5 l3 O @" ~
company’s business goals and policies
: g" h3 }1 V+ D• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.
( S, k/ C# a$ G/ V+ ` @EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
$ ^! I8 m7 i: F3 D0 \• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
; B0 ^! Z8 N% V D/ f0 R: q }• Some field operational experience$ u! x9 b, d+ r V- @/ b% q
• Some knowledge of the services company provides

• Class 5 licence. W; J% A/ v t$ p. F. _

4 e j( [5 A" e0 Y补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。
# W4 N4 L( h( J4 P7 v& R4 K- {9 ~3 L* d
有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

希望真正喜欢油田和室外工作的朋友申请，不要只是为了临时赚钱。公司希望长久员工，并且提供提升机会。6 c0 z, W. N( {: H, O
