JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
; \( _7 i$ Z" {! d6 TThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as! L% }2 E' [) F
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
) ?* L1 r( t( Fand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable% u$ M" w1 s! y, [( a$ H
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly5 j& H ]+ ^4 ^5 \' }+ e8 l
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

. T; ?2 o( k* A0 V1 k• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
7 j8 r/ c' J: n3 X) F, x• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
0 ~' q# M4 ^ Y: }• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.. K+ M7 W0 f: e% X! a3 n. ?* J
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.; c0 c; S; h" f) d3 ?
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
$ }' @3 V( M& z- P6 m; ntimelines and budgets
( P! O4 q4 |. u+ G3 Y• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.& Y6 ^3 V2 x9 d+ Y S/ ~& K) e! V" }
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
% h, s* W" t" R* ~/ J2 n6 u: `! F8 }• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required, \9 ~: t/ |" B) {/ L7 E. D
• Some field operational experience
" J2 I; O8 [$ W+ ^3 h4 O% _0 i' U• Some knowledge of the services company provides

• Class 5 licence.* ?7 g0 O: {4 _; g

" w# d" L3 f) X( b补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。+ ]( f1 G9 F6 v6 M

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。) H6 j( P5 |. J" m1 Z

u! O3 _% G# k% N' ^另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
