+ Q& t! P; Q$ j1 x3 J: N' Z% ]& oJOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS- H" y8 S& g9 \& } j
The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
8 z, n) { d3 jwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative; C8 X6 T. x& D* f: B1 K
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable2 X0 ]3 U0 {4 U
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly/ V) e# U+ s! Z) t% f' v
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations- y( s6 ^8 L* m1 G
Coordinator.

2 Y% [5 U: ^8 O, T5 i• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.- I# j3 k. P8 g5 n* T7 [% K! i5 f
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
! q2 _* V- x$ h• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems., T2 T/ k9 ]+ l& E# k# N% F2 ~2 t
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.7 l+ k) ]* ^# g" L+ m! C
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
3 q# y) y: p) K! H( xtimelines and budgets
2 X& R# l# G8 Q) W, I• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring9 |( E# i& y# T" C
company’s business goals and policies
5 A) P% s8 G+ i0 t/ N) ]• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.7 w; U/ ~; H8 U. P+ T
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE+ e: q6 U: Y: h4 O
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required7 K" z5 c7 D- Y7 e A( ]0 Q
• Some field operational experience
0 c7 L4 j) |. H5 H1 u• Some knowledge of the services company provides3 N1 \- z. h/ y
• Strong computer skills' l% H( y& J3 v, v( b
• Class 5 licence., u7 d4 ]% o. X1 i) G* K- O/ h+ d+ f% d

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

- g" F8 h# {5 f) [9 C- Q$ x有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。
