JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
5 ^- h/ F3 C7 h5 vThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as2 m& y' Q- E6 w* u4 M2 b- ?! h" B6 J
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative1 l+ G4 U% f% y, `
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.8 z% F* a( p& P1 P: w) h& @
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.3 D0 X& S+ n3 v
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
`$ Y+ Q, K/ T' U' s• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.

• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
E1 ?1 R+ x. V7 h+ @• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
$ r, j5 G) Q9 f$ V# d9 Z1 D• Some field operational experience% Z, R! K6 `( T
• Some knowledge of the services company provides
1 I; S% u0 Z& [( C• Strong computer skills
4 a5 u9 P( c4 k( d# J• Class 5 licence.

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。/ u& i/ d- K8 j; q% q# M
6 Z$ A- [, [6 }0 d有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。9 Z+ J6 g3 b" {* j1 f" E; e

希望真正喜欢油田和室外工作的朋友申请，不要只是为了临时赚钱。公司希望长久员工，并且提供提升机会。

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。
