JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
, T) M: f$ q9 i( PThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as9 N* o3 R* f1 r, H2 z) E! z5 d
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
4 V# E9 l. V( J! {2 a0 gand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable- S' Z: I) a9 }; I$ ~4 z3 X; Y l
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly9 ~2 q7 D; \" J& U4 `+ J8 s2 o

6 t' X; K* C6 ^ t% d' W; H) n• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
: L' d4 P# m: K4 W, G/ M6 o7 _ i• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
! ]* D" y) r( j- Q5 T- l- \& t( K; v• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.! ], s; e2 {- G+ q- D
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
& c9 [! G- U" T) y+ a• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
0 R8 V3 { Y4 p |timelines and budgets5 L( f6 r3 w+ f2 S R/ X" K6 ~
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
3 W3 b$ V# A* z. {# W• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required& ?, ~8 b9 s$ t: j# p5 O
• Some field operational experience
* O" {+ D! U* i1 w& E4 P* A: ]9 o1 K• Some knowledge of the services company provides
! W0 r8 D* ` p1 Z) u• Strong computer skills
7 u' o; z& E( S/ S( ?, m• Class 5 licence.

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。- q/ \% U% b' n* k) z z

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
