TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR

The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
* q' q+ _: {* Y, Z, qwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative! p$ J1 X: Z6 w/ ]
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable% _7 F- D9 K2 X% R: X0 @) ]1 p
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly

• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.; v! ?5 k; @. |8 I- R4 }* l: J
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.+ i1 m$ u8 P" f% i- B
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
- b) w- m7 @4 y/ j0 s• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,

" m# N7 p1 R0 z; n# T• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring3 L) F' R+ K+ |8 l' j& g
company’s business goals and policies

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
: y" y( X9 a' X i! W) A• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
# ?! R/ C z- m T; w/ g• Some field operational experience
" j4 m4 H7 t2 _• Some knowledge of the services company provides$ E, v6 l: b* W3 a, ]
• Strong computer skills) C/ t* y( b8 p3 |5 c
• Class 5 licence.

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。0 Q& {( k2 p- D
+ I0 ^6 h# u$ T1 c' S+ n! `有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。8 V: j4 `3 b P& ~* C- a3 m
6 W/ z0 u9 B( Q希望真正喜欢油田和室外工作的朋友申请，不要只是为了临时赚钱。公司希望长久员工，并且提供提升机会。

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
