JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
! D: y- C- \, B7 F$ }The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as/ C b @5 ]) C% B2 w
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
- c% I* t) `" A" h) q) r9 T( L) g' Band judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable8 p; I4 t, h8 \) j" a2 F
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
' x. L1 D. p3 x$ U, P$ H• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.6 h: ?& p" @% h# F. P* ~! @
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
( ~2 Z" Q! W* z9 a• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.) {" e: r8 \& y, D
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
, \6 o( W4 G8 u' I$ t2 B• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,7 r. x3 \1 | f
timelines and budgets7 l3 `" j6 E9 y( c6 Y3 [
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
& F) \7 l7 p0 g& R- M4 Wcompany’s business goals and policies7 i- C3 |# ~+ x& C b9 Z
• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.

• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required

• Some knowledge of the services company provides

5 v% C1 t& Q& h补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

; d( y) C7 v0 S0 k有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。3 v5 Y/ K: P9 a' o

& w; h6 d# c7 w% v; r }) w由于收到大量简历和邮件, 现在报名截止. 请后面的朋友不要再发简历了. 虽然收到了很多朋友的简历,但是我不可能全部推荐上去,只能找背景和条件都相对比较符合的1-2人推荐上去. 希望没有收到我回复的朋友不要灰心,继续move on.

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
