5 u1 x v e4 ]! Z% xThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as: \4 X" F+ N ]/ Z
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative; u4 e, g1 p' w$ G/ W4 v+ k
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.

• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.2 a# J3 Z9 `0 p2 H B
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.6 r6 e7 J9 D/ ]
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,, E6 l. U/ C& f* Y+ S6 J6 ~1 t
timelines and budgets5 v, ~, m* H2 ?9 o. ~+ z
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.6 ]& v1 H* U! ^& ~! V1 x' m7 r) [; k
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE D4 G; w n- x9 j9 @
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
- b1 \6 ?1 J$ R; B• Some field operational experience

• Strong computer skills
+ j2 _3 ]$ ?: ~ q• Class 5 licence.

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

- d9 m+ w8 p, p. P有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。5 q$ s h& `5 u2 Z; ~

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
