The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.0 U3 i% D3 w! D' H# u, @1 {
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.' s: ]8 c0 W/ T+ U7 Z
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.1 X7 A1 L5 c. H2 H- m' \; \7 z
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.! x; b- [2 g; J/ V- |
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,6 M5 T5 {( c- q, w

• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.

• Some field operational experience- [+ v* y& W. b4 C- u, g) A/ w
• Some knowledge of the services company provides/ u" W. s" y" W [# p! D7 y8 A/ X
• Strong computer skills

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。7 J9 r- i6 J, h# p. X
! \( B) |; D$ C: _) [- n4 p7 ]4 l3 X有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
