JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
' M$ `5 j- s9 b4 F! _. AThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as3 U, U, D7 P! V. S& z
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative" e1 S" p' @- R7 {* E" a/ Y3 @, M3 k
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable

( l9 w! L; e! E _% q• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.& Y! B6 C+ U. l
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.& a: ]0 T2 A, c3 R1 }7 ~% _3 o- x, y n
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.0 d) }' V' S# r' N2 O9 n
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
. }/ J8 U1 F" [6 |4 i& w• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,; `* L/ m% }* Q! I Y+ ^$ ]) o8 f
timelines and budgets
0 u( D6 a6 N' n: Q" c/ ?; X& f• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring

) Z. N- m- H) l+ k' H• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.
9 Q' C# u- _ W. d0 X) EEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE3 o+ n3 x+ e% R+ v7 J
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
( K: c: k, ]9 O; N• Some field operational experience
, O2 J8 c2 u- I4 ~/ t, J• Some knowledge of the services company provides* x# _$ w8 k+ O: o5 f' B# K" g& ~# c
• Strong computer skills

) q8 i s' }+ L" G补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。( t- _6 q: S' Z7 f2 H) s

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
