JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
2 e; Y3 C0 r. n6 Z) V. v1 RThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as( O# i# h" h' O1 A2 `3 k$ u
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative6 f& K& L; \. r" S5 @) J2 T
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable2 k. N0 M& O( u& u5 q
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly$ n3 s ^' K- f+ n; b C
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES( q( f7 o! B8 C* @& \ a8 @ p% _
• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
- W( w/ g- |3 d) j" z• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.; x- Z! Z$ C- J' |1 r5 P; |' S: o4 d0 g
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.

• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,5 Q$ N( r# c& W. R

• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring; J1 E. g( k- T' ` B! [1 \4 Z% S

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.
/ o0 r4 J3 _- D9 [. DEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE$ w# y; s9 v% I6 O& a5 i
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
) ~4 P! w( V" x3 U5 M; D1 G• Some field operational experience
/ B! k: w* `, h" c/ c# d2 a• Some knowledge of the services company provides
) J2 K) K3 t: w. O* f% Y5 Y, u• Strong computer skills; F; N: t* j5 c0 `" v( L
• Class 5 licence.

( T+ U/ H2 a0 q% C5 a3 d补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。8 q; k. K2 {% L
# F t6 b, y4 |; Q; f' ~有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。
