The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
$ N; q3 S/ u2 D7 i1 Q* zwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
/ y5 Z9 s! k) V$ z5 L/ a% O$ Mand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable

/ Y2 O8 u* |9 }( I# i• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
" i: P5 L/ S1 C/ I+ b• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
( p# ^- j2 t2 ~; P# r• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
% G/ D8 e- K, l% H4 l, |, M# Q• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.- }- p& r% B9 H$ ]1 w
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,

• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
) g8 i; c3 ? O' x• Some field operational experience
\+ ]; b; {6 y• Some knowledge of the services company provides

• Class 5 licence.( R7 L T% P! G& U% ?$ Q

6 [( c3 u- C5 ?1 X补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

1 d; `& o+ s N有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。

v. H8 t) u, r" z! v0 |/ u另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
