The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
( r" w+ i' M# M( ~* V$ e; B% |well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
. b$ M& o* o, E* f6 ^- Q/ Rand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable

contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

' g7 X y1 e+ H) J5 l• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.: `# o9 i2 \4 t. E( n6 s0 ^ j! c
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.% r6 ^% Q2 f4 N& g
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.) P- l* s: E3 `$ M- K3 x
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.0 C4 z% k$ H1 V- ]% N; O5 W
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,

• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.; {" z1 w( _* x, e8 E+ W
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
$ ^. s8 P- ~& ]: W- z+ b1 d• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required% J; T0 F1 K, h0 K: y
• Some field operational experience4 s z ?! z$ U% Z4 G. z! K
• Some knowledge of the services company provides
( |' o- W4 n0 I* ]& U# ?: ]+ j• Strong computer skills& @: c" G `: c @4 c* w
• Class 5 licence.

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
