JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
9 p# ^% G' t" E$ D- FThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
& O1 k, x0 K/ R8 G% Y6 Swell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
7 }2 q9 g- r! L fand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
; s/ Y! `' v- ucoordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly2 n; T! v4 }" X
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations+ M, _" |- c% d4 I
Coordinator.

* v2 g# J8 G# a• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
+ i# t8 m1 ]& b/ `0 o• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
! J- s7 E1 o; d7 O5 r• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.8 z$ I, H1 d/ t. @7 F( M* u8 n
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.

• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring% Z2 l- U9 K7 {' x( x: _/ _% Q( B o# T$ `

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.

. n3 i2 h; [) j f• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required5 H z. O% I- s4 D* q, j: \# t
• Some field operational experience
- k- H: n( k3 h# [$ n& I; o5 _- e2 b• Some knowledge of the services company provides2 P5 v2 x# d- y
• Strong computer skills ]7 [0 i; `+ k( j4 W
• Class 5 licence.; }; C4 P/ }4 H8 m3 J

|1 j, L# W7 A: h" [/ A, r" \补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。! Y6 e+ O) V7 q) L4 B

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。$ k p! G) h, w
