TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR

The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as! }1 s/ n! y6 @+ R
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative4 W. M8 ?' M H- J0 ^/ S( m' b
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
: Q' l4 [4 Y, l, ^coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly6 q( G \$ L% i0 j
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations) o0 N1 b2 z% @6 F) V* U4 v
Coordinator.

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.6 o' @1 R5 A3 L3 Q' Z( A
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.4 l: E9 [2 t- w
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
l5 I9 K! k5 x. i• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.& i! Y( R3 T/ k- c0 n
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,5 x' t1 F$ N; v3 E
timelines and budgets' W8 z- i% V& C+ G* i! H
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
; l: I( Y+ V$ m7 ^5 ?( X, Z8 hcompany’s business goals and policies
% P5 V/ Y7 {8 q• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.: k2 _8 P; P4 l
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
+ S8 g0 d" L% N5 X• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
# q% l1 y0 U: y) \• Some field operational experience
8 f5 J) T8 a* f• Some knowledge of the services company provides, s! I% {. o# _7 Y: Q
• Strong computer skills1 j9 L6 ]6 P* T. b& O1 Y; W
• Class 5 licence.

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。5 D' ]$ e6 j/ m1 |3 m/ P

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。- h7 Y1 S2 i+ Q1 O3 V9 N

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。
