JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
3 a+ f' n" d4 x' Z; UThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
; s/ r$ g7 T/ S: d5 W- j" u0 fwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative% o- ?% {2 g, P4 h. z0 L8 j
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
: p9 i3 t2 ~4 ?* vcoordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly- G' }7 L4 j. {8 M/ e1 x M
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations: o, g( Q/ [0 z
Coordinator.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES( n# n- o' `% @5 u/ B/ [
• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
. i) U6 U$ y1 W3 w! ]4 A4 K% V8 U• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
) M4 O, s6 v$ f" [1 M6 f• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
. I }$ U$ a% _• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.* E. L! f( X) T b& u1 ]9 J
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,5 \+ a. Q* D4 h3 v
timelines and budgets
* q& i6 z6 ]& D• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
2 s& w$ }6 V# G& ` |& lcompany’s business goals and policies
+ \6 u$ Y2 L+ E• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.

• Some field operational experience+ Y. e4 r/ v# x4 f# w; t& t N
• Some knowledge of the services company provides4 U/ {: Y) n& j3 X& T4 o* u
• Strong computer skills3 j& C6 h* S6 q6 F( e+ U' P- m% D
• Class 5 licence.

% ?0 E: z# @' a4 V1 A/ y% y补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

- o6 V4 F. k( O7 q; f& ^有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。( _7 G& ?( k; Y0 l& e" D* ~ X

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。
