JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
1 v) X8 @! t4 ]9 G+ P8 @The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as% r" \4 k7 q ~- k% a' ], l
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
/ C, N& Q5 o. h0 q7 ]6 Nand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable) z. V1 _& V: ]- ]
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly9 F% J+ @9 p& J% w
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

8 s' Q5 s) n7 K& c& U; B• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
, ~; q9 R9 Z3 u, q. j4 R• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.1 R: V- _7 S1 c
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
' R+ s2 r( r! ?: C k: J% d0 A• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.% I# t8 Y% r0 t/ {5 X X* p2 b
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,) N" |" B/ Z; L5 P' J
timelines and budgets
( b1 z' `7 U" l6 X+ m• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
5 _2 ^/ F, ~9 \2 w& O6 t, p: Y2 @company’s business goals and policies
0 ], x8 T9 _; e• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.

• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required

• Some knowledge of the services company provides' h! B3 R# v' B# u H- I" T
• Strong computer skills4 I9 n' M3 K6 H" M0 J8 T. v
• Class 5 licence., b! r( c% V1 B& m! S1 K

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。# _. F- d' v4 }
* |/ l. K2 V+ s有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。
