• Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members. t" U) y3 F$ e" [% t% B+ x$ ]2 t
• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.

• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives.

• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.* f) s' ]" V6 r* _
• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.( l* f8 M/ I1 |
• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).0 j$ ~$ s* U* ]. N- S9 Q* ~
• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.
; g- R. x! y; j• Support the development and implementation of company forms, policies and procedures.

• Assist with the formulation and implementation of internal training programs.# J* b3 `- ~: r% h
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Qualifications9 F k8 N5 t$ Y/ C" h* h
Requirements:5 \; ?, b1 C. e$ ^
• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills. ' k A# F) n& h. p7 q
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources. " { d2 A3 N- Y9 }0 ]+ O
• Strong Union Relations experience required.
, K* E: j) `; N$ |. ]" R9 T• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.
