• Encourage and enhance a positive and professional working environment.

• Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues. W& a1 L0 L- J6 q* f
• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives. . h6 ]# _0 H- D7 T" F; {' B
• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates." l3 I1 C. ^$ p0 f1 t
• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required." P# n" ~- q3 [) h X
• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.. D4 M: E) D, h
• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).

• Assist with the formulation and implementation of internal training programs.

Requirements:
8 z* K1 e" I/ j, t+ V7 n• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
I. P* F8 D; o% W2 K9 b1 w• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources.
