; v' Q% K  D- T3 dTracer Industries Canada Limited (owned by Tyco Thermal Controls) is now accepting applications for a Senior Human Resources Generalist.
7 g7 d9 M9 k  cReporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
•        Encourage and enhance a positive and professional working environment.
•        Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members.
4 l7 l/ h7 [  k2 h•        Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.
# {6 `* _$ j2 `! t* z) ]: P•        Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.
•        Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives.
•        Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.
•        Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.
' \* J* G8 r8 Q, M* C+ v•        Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.
•        Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).
% i* o$ D' ]3 ?9 m•        Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.
•        Support the development and implementation of company forms, policies and procedures.
•        Attend and participate in departmental meetings.

•        Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Requirements:
•        Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
! u. |9 @4 q$ r1 M4 O2 T•        The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources.
•        Strong Union Relations experience required.
•        Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.
•        CHRP Designation is an asset.
