Effective August 1, 2002, Saskatchewan motorists will only have to report motor vehicle collisions to police if the collision involves:6 ^6 j4 d1 n0 I/ Y/ i7 k
1) Any bodily injury or death;
8 i. k$ D% x$ y2) A Hit-and-Run;
! R, ~6 Z- ^. ?$ r3) A driver impaired by alcohol or drugs;8 Y( K. a: @, x- W! s C
4) A motor vehicle towed from the scene;
* V( W) a: q& i5) An out-of-province vehicle.

9 q! c' Z# [4 `) a2 x, q/ BNormally, police would be dispatched to the collisions described above. One exception may be an owner's discovery that his/her vehicle has been damaged in a hit-and-run, but the vehicle can still be safely driven to Police Headquarters.
