# B. H" U) T; j# m2 i$ SEffective August 1, 2002, Saskatchewan motorists will only have to report motor vehicle collisions to police if the collision involves:
, G; {* M9 L: ?3 q& v+ S1) Any bodily injury or death;
! e5 J3 }, c( J) C2) A Hit-and-Run;
& Y* Z% s3 l# x* h3) A driver impaired by alcohol or drugs;
7 M: M% x7 {6 {$ ~- f. K4) A motor vehicle towed from the scene;
0 T, ~' V& b, s5) An out-of-province vehicle.

Normally, police would be dispatched to the collisions described above. One exception may be an owner's discovery that his/her vehicle has been damaged in a hit-and-run, but the vehicle can still be safely driven to Police Headquarters. In such a case, the owner could make a report in person at Police Headquarters.
