: F4 M1 w, l: Q* @. J2 ~, Z7 YEffective August 1, 2002, Saskatchewan motorists will only have to report motor vehicle collisions to police if the collision involves:
4 Y. @$ M' e4 L5 H! ]1) Any bodily injury or death;5 d9 j! `6 T0 d# h& Q5 b
2) A Hit-and-Run;- J( e( j! \1 K* X* k m
3) A driver impaired by alcohol or drugs;' G2 H' @, H/ V5 k! V
4) A motor vehicle towed from the scene;
$ ?4 W2 A. e8 h* J0 n3 `5) An out-of-province vehicle.

# B. p+ f8 r3 XNormally, police would be dispatched to the collisions described above. One exception may be an owner's discovery that his/her vehicle has been damaged in a hit-and-run, but the vehicle can still be safely driven to Police Headquarters. In such a case, the owner could make a report in person at Police Headquarters.
