Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week

Main duties:
- y% U1 k" M( d, K% h9 ?•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
' @) k  i  {; ?•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
; \/ M. Y$ [( P! s/ \) E•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

+ i" }7 I# O4 [. S) L# V# b* Z. s•        Completion of secondary education is required
3 y' h2 X6 _1 V3 j6 h  ^1 o•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
( n% N7 {( f2 Y: i•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
* w0 j7 w7 a/ s; v! f•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
