Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week

0 ~& ?! O. V* Y. b•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
5 T" B1 @4 z. [7 h/ \•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
. T! O, h: Q. o4 }, o# g0 h•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
4 x$ x. `' r# |, b/ s2 p) A" w! M- [•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
; Y) @5 E7 }' l. Z•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

•        Completion of secondary education is required
4 h; N, f0 c- k+ S. I  _•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
. a- V4 S4 p1 |4 w0 ~•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
) k+ r" v# x, J" K8 N- A•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
