# z, Z. `3 c% m* |7 O- M3 {•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
& o4 u8 I$ ~7 V9 l8 l# B•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
( ~) P0 O# [" m9 t  Y6 \& w•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
$ E7 @% Z+ ?5 n$ m& j6 j$ V•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
3 w9 O! a3 V, _- ?7 F" Q( x' z+ X•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
