最近两个星期，环球电讯(World Link)打中国总是打不通。打手机号码可以，但是座机总是忙。客服电话也打不进去。有人知道是怎么回事吗？

这几天，我打手机和座机都没有问题，你可以打电话给他们反映。

I tried to call them a couple of times today with no luck. I was told the representatives are all busy, and was aksed to leave a message.
