Job Description:
: \8 n" T$ E( C6 V( O! v1 p8 ?4 E•        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
/ u( D5 H! F2 L•        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
/ ^* R6 i. U1 ^# J•        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
+ x4 U" e# U% N; K9 x, ~•        Sell merchandise to customers
" ^' u4 @9 d% S/ G% w% ?5 e•        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
  x$ q+ g* m5 H; s: V- {•        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
+ x( z- S' Z3 r2 W* O•        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
* `& o& m* ]1 }- N% T•        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:
* f) S, m& N! _6 \/ @& a3 _- D7 [•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        1 year  work experience as retail salesperson
