Shifts:         Rotational shifts, days / evenings / weekends

, X1 C, M% `9 X3 B•        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers - c" w. f  U4 \' u
•        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules 7 R( `1 V0 P, P5 x/ W
•        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
' S3 H" ^# z- V: E•        Sell merchandise to customers 3 q* X! d/ m+ R9 B
•        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
+ L  W! ~) a! d# m  P( ]; B•        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
/ Y5 q, E- f  [•        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters 5 d7 P6 z" t+ [
•        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:
' G8 Y. ~. E1 b5 K•        Completion of secondary school is required! d  J1 D. l4 [% p+ F
•        1 year  work experience as retail salesperson
