请问LOOK HOMES 这家建筑商怎么样？请问选建筑商真的很重要吗？

提醒的好，我们附近lookhomes的房子的DRIVEWAY都是齐着车库门的宽度，而不是像其他BUILDER齐着车库整体的宽度。所以至少比其他家的窄两尺，呵呵。论起来，不是大事，但就是，呵呵，你懂得；几十万的房款啊，不差钱啊

还有哇，我看到有人车库加了4尺宽，可是可是DRIVEWAY竟然还是原来的宽度，不知道他们的钱是怎么算的。。。。反正去年他家给的报价是跟其他两家是基本一样的。。。。

I am sorry I don't have Chinese typing. When you deal with lookhouse builder, you need to ensure every details for your house before you sign the contract. They try to build the house with the lowest standards so that they can make more profit such as the above mentioned the width of the driveway. After you sign the contract, they will open their lion mouth if you want any changes or upgrading.

同意楼上所说。不差钱的花可以看看别家builder.
