Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

Job Description:/ g) e* B# z# Q0 b/ u
•        Complete and post staff schedules
+ y& R% ]0 m, O•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines) l9 F6 `6 r3 ]1 E) ~+ J
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management9 O/ Q# {4 \) K+ v9 }5 }/ }5 ?
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff1 j0 u$ d+ V2 G4 X% j$ G4 ~8 `
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date& h# \& T0 ^$ `  N& I- {* C) T% i
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed) j% }1 Q  d4 r% G8 d# p9 ]# i
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees& V5 a3 l7 i5 V; x2 l& x' q
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
- x! L5 N# W; G" ~+ Z8 n2 G% {•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management * q* s, V! j2 a, t" e" e
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway3 y4 d: s; Y# e3 C" v4 N/ U
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily

  }# Q. ~; b5 y- g9 w/ ?' B, @, m" l( }: {6 C; ]
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
2 u3 r) h+ s) ?$ fExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
2 r' k* H+ V6 ]! H# ]$ fCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
/ N! k) i$ b* v7 F; \' \Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion  W  Z0 b) z  \5 ]
