Job Description:

: @/ e" j9 B, T' h3 D• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines3 M7 u% f0 J- ^) j) o( \
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management3 H, L2 ?8 e( e1 n
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff1 t6 {" c7 f8 u
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
- g Q. ?4 a; G# E: B( \• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed+ J5 R* ~; r9 C! f$ r) e
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees% I& B, w V8 V8 s
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales! ?' p- b( e1 c+ L
• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
8 T! B1 V0 s2 j5 k& \• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

Skills/Requirements:

8 A$ c) F0 b' X1 v7 xExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset

Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
