•        Complete and post staff schedules
6 l+ @$ F- u) J  q+ h•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
0 G; N6 n7 |, l. |( Y•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
+ m1 ^. C; [% F3 `•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
  c: m' X* e* u, S6 ]5 Q•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
) Q$ w3 B4 v( Y8 r' b9 S•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
2 Y, V1 e7 H7 |! v- s* ~9 h•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
% f) @/ M! M) \$ W•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

Skills/Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
) `) t2 u/ u8 D. BExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
" P1 D8 {( U" y$ G$ {  \! L% FCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
+ V4 b* J: x3 `; f! u. xPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
