• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
! W0 q! A6 q% p. B" d$ r5 P* ]• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management7 w( Y! x1 `! q
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff9 V, |8 N9 s4 d o, S" e7 W: C: S
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date8 `8 D9 e7 `" g4 T
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
) A; U; ?* Q. L& u$ R9 p• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees, \& V, L6 Z9 U8 l% v( J
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales

Skills/Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school is required0 s9 _3 B( v1 U, g) U6 t
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset' d# T3 x, Q/ I, F' v }
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
