Job Description:
; H4 h6 }# S: h( @( e4 C8 n/ L2 O•        Complete and post staff schedules
: @/ e" j9 B, T' h3 D•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
- g  Q. ?4 a; G# E: B( \•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
8 T! B1 V0 s2 j5 k& \•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
4 `5 P% b: b& U7 `+ Q" H•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily
•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.


Skills/Requirements:

9 S' W% |$ v+ [; R) ?- P& p4 h6 M; b1 ]Education: Completion of secondary school is required
8 A$ c) F0 b' X1 v7 xExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
: a" O% _* u; m9 w$ {: F& h) GCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
