• Complete and post staff schedules
# G6 Y" Z* L& W/ \0 m7 m( K5 h• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines3 c4 Q1 j9 A( t9 ?8 J' y
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
/ V: C2 K* I2 N9 f" e9 q• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff# ~) j" n& ?1 e8 z
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
. B3 g# S0 `2 g2 k& V/ X• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
0 j3 ?9 }: k( ^+ i+ ^6 Y• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
6 t/ e8 c6 ]3 T* R1 _• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales

) e& C9 P, f0 \Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset

Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion3 m% M5 {$ p8 [, Z6 m
