Job Description:
•        Complete and post staff schedules
# G6 Y" Z* L& W/ \0 m7 m( K5 h•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
/ V: C2 K* I2 N9 f" e9 q•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
. B3 g# S0 `2 g2 k& V/ X•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
0 j3 ?9 }: k( ^+ i+ ^6 Y•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
6 t/ e8 c6 ]3 T* R1 _•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
" H5 n; m) E5 u; {8 A5 y% G( Y+ u•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
! u5 V! L2 V& I& H2 I•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily
•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

$ u8 h$ K7 d' s, T$ ?: A. m  ^! P+ JEducation: Completion of secondary school is required
) e& C9 P, f0 \Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
5 D0 ]- Y  d8 N: C* @1 @Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
