Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

1 A4 X+ l. \/ ^) J•        Complete and post staff schedules
6 S( M( N8 h# l( y•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
- X3 Q& s- w, e% I•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
5 b0 F, n0 y* L& d9 p•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
! {3 p- z# b, B+ x•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
5 S. h! v0 s3 c8 j•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
3 J6 }. z( ~8 u% [+ s•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily

* M5 `* T0 U. a% y  _# G+ hExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
+ {3 p) d. {* s; O4 zPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
