求助 關於薪水

- M! h1 p+ k7 a- ~1 ^( I! E我即將於今年四月畢業
畢業前在一家公司裡頭coop
1 \$ o+ x5 s2 P- {5 E4 a* r最近公司給我offer
7 f& Y1 b- R: E- u2 k& L提供一個permanent position但是薪水跟我實習的時候一模一樣
1 a& M* B, B' M: @然後告訴我明年1月會有salary adjustment
  \) Y! l! ]6 x1 z想來想去還是覺得不對
) }. l+ F2 C" N) t已經不是實習了  但還是領實習Level的薪水
# _/ |9 R9 s6 ^  a該怎麼跟他們negotiate薪水?
