This resource will be responsible for the following:
Programmer Analyst
•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
- R( L/ F* `: A•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
6 }' n( ~" j3 o3 j( L( M$ U•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
5 G, u: R& S! ^1 g& s$ W$ |. X•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation
•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

MANDATORY

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
; j4 V* }  A3 P* v5 o: c2 n  I•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
' K, b' \7 b( I' h% s& h  n* P•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
; w% n4 l1 T7 f5 G9 d•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)
•        We want individuals who possess a positive and willing attitude.


DESIRABLE

•        Experience in Configuration Management including performing builds and troubleshooting system deployment and configuration issues
