The same day 503 Falconer Place was sold in foreclosure, the house became a crime scene.

The man who lived in the house returned home Wednesday from a trip to Las Vegas. A land title certificate shows the $505,000 home was in foreclosure, and the title was transferred on Wednesday to new owners who purchased it at a bank auction.

The house’s new owner, Mojgan Ghaffari, said he only found out something had happened when he drove to the house on Thursday and saw numerous emergency vehicles at the scene.

Ghaffari said his family moved to Edmonton one year ago and were excited to move from their apartment into a new house. They had planned to move in on Friday.

Two people, a woman in her mid-40s and a man in his 50s, were found dead inside the home on Thursday afternoon, the victims of what is believed to have been carbon monoxide poisoning. A woman in her 20s remains in hospital with undisclosed injuries related to exposure to the toxic gas. On Friday, police said the deaths are “suspicious” and are being investigated by homicide detectives. No names are currently being released.

官方没讲具体，按谋杀调查。不过街坊讲是在车库车子里死的（估计是自杀）。

其实拍卖房，买家想捡个大便宜，从卖家讲是不亚于割心头肉。一家欢喜一家愁，新人换旧人。卖家搬出去还好说，如果还呆在里面，什么是都（破坏房子）可能发生，因为个人信誉都没了（没想到连性命都不珍惜了，个人臆断，以警方为准）。

说得很对,我在银行工作很多年了,试过有客户-白女人大概50岁左右, 跑到我们银行来闹,在我办公室里对我吼: if you guys want to take my house away, you have to step on my dead body and I guarantee you will get nothing! cause I will burn it down include your bank!

我其实完全不知道怎么回事也不认识她,应该是我们的collection centre 发了通知给她,　她接受不了就来闹.好在同事听见响声不对进来把她请走了.　印象特别深刻．谁要买了她的房子估计很难善了,　所以有时候真不能太贪便宜，任何事情都是有原因的.
