关于续枫叶卡的secondary identity documents

我在给父母办续枫叶卡。申请资料里需出具2个secondary identity documents。
0 ]' Q. u2 e3 f0 i, M3 {" ?6 dTwo (2) secondary identity documents
/ u: R# O3 C1 o4 }& HA copy of two of the following:
1. your Record of Landing (IMM 1000) or Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5292 or IMM 5688)
& [) q9 M5 D' c2. your valid provincial driver’s licence, provincial photo-identity card
: ]' P3 N: |8 s' J$ S1 a3. your University/College student card

我父母有上述的第一项的资料，绝对没有第三项的资料。那只能找第二项的，他们没有provincial driver’s licence，省医疗卡没有照片。其它有什么卡符合这一项呢？因为他们是续枫叶卡，是不是可以拿现在快到期的枫叶卡作为secondary identity document？
