( K, e8 d& E# q4 {: KIt seems that you know nothing about building a deck. It is very hard for people to offer help. Go to Homedepot to buy a deck book and have a general expression, then come back ask again. At least, you know what to ask. Anyway you are very brave.

I found some videos to build a deck at http://lowes.ca/howto/howto_videos.aspx, but it seems to be different from some ways which I learned from the books borrowed from the library.
