Police arrested the man later in the afternoon at the Terwillegar Recreation Centre, after receiving a tip from a resident., i- q8 k7 V2 @

A man wearing a balaclava and holding a handgun was seen in the area on two previous occasions — the first at 4 p.m. last Friday near the Snow Valley ski hill parking lot and on Saturday on the Terwillegar Drive footbridge. * n3 R( N4 M) y) v
