The Rick Hansen Community Living Attendant Training Pilot Project (CLAT) is community driven and facilitated by people with disabilities and community partners based on the philosophy of consumer/employer directed care. How long is the course?
9 t& B) F7 k$ g' O1 o: v; W6 U6 cThe course is six weeks in total. The first three weeks are full time in the classroom and the remaining three weeks is a half day in the classroom and half day in the consumer’s home doing your practicum. This pilot session is scheduled for October 22, 2012 – November 30, 2012.1 d9 t% [" b, y0 i- o( j
