VB .NET TECHNICAL ARCHITECT

Technical Architect
Identifies the technologies that would be used for the project.
( f( ~' v1 M+ x# VRecommends the development methodologies and frameworks for the project.
Produce 4+1 architectural view design documents
# p2 t# f; Y' v0 J* xProvides the overall design and structure to the application.
Establishes design/coding guidelines and best practices.
' Q0 l/ l9 p' q1 C& SMentors developers on best practices, guidelines and complex tasks.
/ l( T. _/ O! b+ D  r/ EEnforces compliance with coding guidelines using code reviews etc.
Assists management in assessing technical competence of developers.
' h6 L5 P# n) ^! w9 TProvides technical advice and guidance to the project manager.
. l: [+ n! x+ @' dGuiding the team is doing proof of concepts and early risk assessments.

Minimum 8 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience

Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)
