This resource will be responsible for the following:
Technical Architect
9 q3 G  x; h+ r) J+ m- ~Identifies the technologies that would be used for the project.
Recommends the development methodologies and frameworks for the project.
Produce 4+1 architectural view design documents
. d8 A. b$ y' p$ _3 SProvides the overall design and structure to the application.
Establishes design/coding guidelines and best practices.
Mentors developers on best practices, guidelines and complex tasks.
# x3 ~2 y2 v/ FEnforces compliance with coding guidelines using code reviews etc.
Assists management in assessing technical competence of developers.
Provides technical advice and guidance to the project manager.
* D$ A  Z  f# n; [" Q3 DGuiding the team is doing proof of concepts and early risk assessments.
# e/ Q* |& h4 u; n& d$ XOther

Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development experience

Minimum 8 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
9 d. l( {; m& c/ uMinimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)
