Technical Architect
. X3 N+ R/ q* b) {+ EIdentifies the technologies that would be used for the project.
5 h1 O' E: ~: q: z& `( MRecommends the development methodologies and frameworks for the project.
Produce 4+1 architectural view design documents
4 V6 i( @9 E- u' `' [# e: q" WProvides the overall design and structure to the application.
0 ^, `. h+ K) C9 S* zEstablishes design/coding guidelines and best practices.
' ^. Q) m6 C" E* n) bMentors developers on best practices, guidelines and complex tasks.
Enforces compliance with coding guidelines using code reviews etc.
Assists management in assessing technical competence of developers.

Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
