孩子回过半年以上的有没有打额外预防针的?

Travel clinic 建议打得还不少呢,以下链接是去中国建议打的,除了甲乙肝外还有Typhoid伤寒,Polio小儿麻痹症、脊髓灰质炎,Japanese encephalitis日本脑炎和狂犬病疫苗,还要应对malaria疟疾.

有人回国前打过这些吗?记得孙大夫说甲肝要打,我拿不定是不是其他的都要打,我们主要将去山东和安徽,都会到农村亲戚家探望的,从下面的建议看,农村需要更多注意,才有点担心了。钱要自己掏,但保险cover80%。期待大家的经验和孙大夫的专业意见,孩子都是7岁下的,谢谢!' n& i+ R: \" Y$ s2 W7 W, A) W

Routine vaccines are recommended even if you do not travel. Although childhood diseases, such as measles, rarely occur in the United States, they are still common in many parts of the world. A traveler who is not vaccinated would be at risk for infection." i5 C3 q- S( P3 w7 n

3 v9 n% ]  x4 U$ ?Vaccine-Preventable Diseases

  M; \1 h5 ]# i, m  [7 I8 _Vaccine recommendations are based on the best available risk information. Please note that the level of risk for vaccine-preventable diseases can change at any time.

Routine         % F/ D4 `* F! {' V
Recommended if you are not up-to-date with routine shots, such as measles/mumps/rubella (MMR) vaccine, diphtheria/pertussis/tetanus (DPT) vaccine, poliovirus vaccine, etc.

Recommended for all unvaccinated people traveling to or working in countries with an intermediate or high level of hepatitis A virus infection (see map) where exposure might occur through food or water. Cases of travel-related hepatitis A can also occur in travelers to developing countries with "standard" tourist itineraries, accommodations, and food consumption behaviors.

Recommended for all unvaccinated persons traveling to or working in countries with intermediate to high levels of endemic HBV transmission (see map), especially those who might be exposed to blood or body fluids, have sexual contact with the local population, or be exposed through medical treatment (e.g., for an accident).

Polio        
( \5 p* f$ X; h6 l3 Y( }Recommended for adult travelers who have received a primary series with either inactivated poliovirus vaccine (IPV) or oral polio vaccine (OPV). They should receive another dose of IPV before departure. For adults, available data do not indicate the need for more than a single lifetime booster dose with IPV.
$ R# d7 n/ o6 a9 l) ?$ Q

Recommended if you plan to visit rural farming areas and under special circumstances, such as a known outbreak of Japanese encephalitis, see country-specific information.( g% {, d4 s& t) k

Rabies         Recommended for travelers spending a lot of time outdoors, especially in rural areas, involved in activities such as bicycling, camping, or hiking. Also recommended for travelers with significant occupational risks (such as veterinarians), for long-term travelers and expatriates living in areas with a significant risk of exposure, and for travelers involved in any activities that might bring them into direct contact with bats, carnivores, and other mammals. Children are considered at higher risk because they tend to play with animals, may receive more severe bites, or may not report bites. , M1 a' g6 V. Y- T- x5 w
Malaria
  h. j! t7 g8 S5 N" P3 l  J* |' V+ W6 {. W
Areas of China with Malaria: Rural parts of Anhui, Guizhou, Hainan, Henan, Hubei, and Yunnan Provinces. Rare cases occur in other rural parts of the country <1,500 m (4,921 ft) May–December. None in urban areas. Some major river cruises may go through malaria-endemic areas in Anhui and Hubei Provinces. (more information)

If you will be visiting an area of China with malaria, you will need to discuss with your doctor the best ways for you to avoid getting sick with malaria. Ways to prevent malaria include the following:1 y8 b( k' t2 _& Q5 C: e8 U

Taking a prescription antimalarial drug
$ ^; y2 K: j) s  d  L. k7 }( D, lUsing insect repellent and wearing long pants and sleeves to prevent mosquito bites
  U# k& `% S- J. O$ QSleeping in air-conditioned or well-screened rooms or using bednets; L4 E1 ?5 v- N% q+ T
It is particularly important when traveling to China that you have detailed information of where you are going within this country because malaria prevention recommendations vary depending on where you go within the country.

Some areas of China have resistance to certain antimalarial drugs. There are also some areas where the risk of malaria is low, and taking an antimalarial drug is not recommended. See the malaria information listed by country to find out the best way for you to prevent malaria for the area you plan to visit in China. For detailed information about each of these drugs, see Table 3-11: Drugs used in the prophylaxis of malaria. For information that can help you and your doctor decide which of these drugs would be best for you, please see Choosing a Drug to Prevent Malaria.

你小孩要是这里出生,这里长大,上面有几种疫苗应该都在这里打过的呀,乙肝,小儿麻痹,骨髓灰质炎。; k  o4 H$ D& R3 v
伤寒好像没打,不记得了。

( q( H; c  C  B' l! D7 f8 A( y甲肝和乙脑(日本脑炎)回国后,社区卫生防疫站都可以免费打的。是国内的计划内疫苗,国产的免费,进口的自费。不管户籍是否在区域内,孩子都可以打计划内的免费疫苗,登记一下就行。

rabies & malaria are regional dependent, if it is quite endemic to your area, then obtain accordingly

2 N. r' e% z- _; l  S0 i怎么不能送花了呀。。。你说的很对,我这才意识到,乙肝和Polio是在routine疫苗里了,因为看到链接的第一项是routine后面又列出来这些,以为它们肯定不属于routine呢!!0 s2 Y6 J8 M' E5 H
这个travel clinic是在市中心,带三个孩子去那里不方便,听你这一说我就索性回国打了,反正回国后又没啥事,帮的人又多,呵呵。

孙大夫近来可好!您牵头的那个育儿群我充满激情地注册了QQ后去过几次没啥人,就一直忙孩子没去了,现在搞得连帐号密码是啥都忘了。。。5 Y' ~- n/ U. Q- a3 t2 D0 Z/ l
Rabies狂犬病疫苗是不是只有被狗咬了才可能传染啊?如果那样的话,被狗咬了再去打不就行了吗?记得小时候我姐姐就被狗咬后去打啥针的。。。

给关注这个话题的妈妈们信息啊,我问过我们那里的防疫站了,回国后甲肝一岁半时打是免费的,之后国产的不到一百元,进口的我们那里没有,乙脑也是免费的,我们这种那里没户口的国外回去的也都是免费的,只要带着孩子的免疫卡回去就可以了,不需要出生证。伤寒在咱们伟大祖国已经绝迹了,不用担心了。

5 }0 `7 f8 I# g2 O. P- l+ P没啥不放心的,在我看来,这类药物都是在实验室里合成的,我就回国打省事了。

4 h& S8 k; B: d8 ^我们在国内的时候,医生(北京)建议打进口疫苗。当然,也可能他们在考虑收入的问题。
: R3 W  u7 o, K* T" L8 c* m9 {0 @! t! z# X* r: E
北京的医院打个疫苗需要出动多人,因为要排几次队,而且人声鼎沸,犹如战场一般。
