好象通常东北地区口碑不大好.

如果是自己住的话，
房子要自己住着舒服，离工作地点方便就可以了
要是投资的话，就等高人指点吧

The richest folks don’t live in Clareview or Mill Woods, Belvedere or the Meadows. The houses don’t sell for the most there. There’s no great history and not so many amenities, either, no great landmarks or attractions to pull other people out there.
