关于申请ESL和申请配偶移民的矛盾的疑问

这两天比较烦恼，申请ESL的补助的话我条件是足够了，而且真的想通过学习ESL提高语言水平。但是目前正在担保我LG移民来加拿大，正在办理中呢，还没有真正团聚。看了这个网站一个贴子，说是申请ESL的补助，三年内不能担保配偶移民，真是晃如打了我一拳，担保LG过来是肯定要的，但是我不想没有了ESL的机会。各位朋友，有没有人知道真正的事实？真的是拿ESL的补助不能担保配偶吗？先行谢过了！

As I know, you do not have to have any income requirments if you sponsor either your spouse or your independent kids.

) y: s! [/ I+ m  w7 R1 rReguarding to the funding from ESL, you can check it from requirment from CIC website. You can get detailed and correct information from there rather than get information from any friends or  website which may be wrong.
