急，Renew枫叶卡的问题

打Call Center的电话太难了，我的枫叶卡12月到期，寄出的Renew表处理中心8月28收到。现在准备订12月的古巴游。上网查现在才处理到8月7号收到的申请，处理时间是87天。请问有人知道这个87天是从收到材料算还是In Process算？如果是后者那12月前肯定拿不到新卡了。着急，今天就要订票了，请有经验的朋友告知，谢谢。

办加急前要订好机票, 我在补加急信息后的两周内拿到新的枫叶卡。
首先，我打了电话给相关部门，然后他们发给我一封邮件告诉我应该如何办加急。以下是信件内容。

Sir, Madam,

Thank you for contacting the Call Centre. I am pleased to provide you with the requested information:
If your situation is urgent and that you already sent your application for a Permanent Resident Card (PR card), you must send the following information by fax to (514) 496-8670:
•       a photocopy of your plane, bus, train or boat ticket (if not available, then a travel itinerary or e-ticket with proof of payment. The proof of payment must show partial or full payment on the ticket.);
•       the tracking number of your envelope if you have mailed you application by registered mail with Canada post or by courier with Purolator, UPS, FedEx, etc;
•       your last name and first name;
•       your client identification (ID) number (if available);
•       your date of birth;
•       your home address;
•       your telephone number and/or fax number;
•       your e-mail address; and
•       the date the application was sent.
We will communicate with you, either by email, phone or fax, within two business days after receiving your fax.

There is no guarantee that the card will be ready before your departure, but we will make all necessary efforts to speed up the processing of your application.

If the card is not ready before your departure, you will have apply for a Travel document (permanent resident abroad) at a Canadian visa office located outside Canada before returning to the country. The application is available on our Web site. You can fill out the application on-line and print it or fill it out by hand. The travel document is only valid for one entry.

Please note that a PR card or travel document is required for all permanent residents returning to Canada on a commercial vehicle (plane, train, boat or bus).

然后我按照他们的要求补上加急信息，他们又发了一封确认邮件给我，并告知会加急办理，如果在出发前未收到新的枫叶卡应该怎么办。

太感谢了，这样我就先订票，然后办加急。请问要付多少加急费？另外还有一事请教，你的护照空白页复印了么？我只复印了用过的页没复印空白页，不知会不会要求补呢？
