Compensation:  Journeyman 1 Automotive Mechanic (or 4th year Apprentices)
2 Q* j7 e6 l, \; m7 f& HYour Choice of Hourly or Flat Rate (Salary under review, Rates based on experience.)
Hours of Work:  This position works 44 hours per week.
Days of work are Monday through Friday, Saturday rotation.
2 t1 q* M+ H8 k. f$ O0 _Group benefits package starts after 3 months.

" I  f) u4 M0 }: D; S* vFull-time journeyman to maintain and repair an assortment of vehicles with emphasis placed on preventative maintenance.

) T& x$ G" N4 n6 E5 J$ cResponsibilities include:

Diagnose problems and perform all types of repairs to a wide variety of speciality vehicles
Requisition parts and materials, as required.
  d: k7 T9 W# o/ LCreate and complete work orders, gather fleet information and input data into the computerized management system.
9 v$ f5 {+ S1 @$ D2 GProvide specialized training and guidance to apprentice(s).
Access technical information using Snap-on Shop Key on-line automotive support program and communicate using e-mail.
Other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

Applicants must possess a valid Journeyman Automotive Mechanic certificate or equivalent recognized by Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training.
Applicants also must have a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (or provincial equivalent).
Preference will be given to those who have current experience diagnosing and repairing North American and/or foreign vehicles.
