求助！明明涨奶为什么泵不出呢？？

前天刚买的medela双头电动泵奶器，总觉得泵出来的量不够多，第一次是40ml，第二次是60ml，可今天晚上就很难泵出，明明胸很涨也硬硬的，就出来的很少，但宝宝却吸的出来，不解？

your baby is the best pumper, I have the same problem when my daughter was born, then with the help from a proffessional nurse, I feed my baby every hour, after one day, my breast just like a brick before and pain start to become soft, and not stuffy again, the nurse tell me that use the pumper tool to pump the breast milk will make the problem become worse. remember to put all your nipple into the baby's mouse, which make the baby easier to have your breast milk.

是不够通畅，需要揉，象揉面一样地揉。另外，让孩子多吃。

多揉多泵多吃，让通道畅通！现在不要喝汤或下奶，不然会更赌。通畅之后再下奶。

热淋浴冲，用手把RT罩上，包括腋下区域。冲完了揉，还是得让孩子多吸。坚持个三四天就通了
