从家里水龙头出来的温水能用来煮东西的吗?

我知道从水龙头出来的冷水可直接饮用.但是从家里水龙头出来的温水能用来煮东西的吗? 温水是不是滞留在锅炉里太久了?
知道的话请给个依据.

如果是每天都正常使用的热水，是可以用来煮东西的。
