朋友公司招 Intermediate Geomechanics Developer

Responsibilities:

Work under the direction of the Geomechanics and Gridding Team Lead to implement new and maintain existing geomechanics functionality.
Work with User Experience, Quality Assurance, and other resources in integrated development teams to ensure new geomechanics functionality is available to users appropriately.
Follow established team software development procedures for design, coding, testing and other activities.
Stay current on new technologies as they relate to Geomechanics development.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with deformation and failure of porous media.
Experience in the petroleum industry
Experience programming in C# or C++.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Good organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Education:

A doctorate degree in Petroleum Engineering, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Biophysics, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or other applicable degree
Experience:

At least 3 year of related experience (salary commensurate with experience)
All levels of experience will be considered

刚跟朋友联系了一下，这个公司的研发人员，多数是博士，硕士。工作稳定，工资每年涨幅至少7%，奖金10%，给7%的rrsp，期权2500股，或更多，看个人表现。时间很弹性，属于研发机构。

这个公司是以石油为背景的油藏数模软件公司，业内人士一看变知，其他我不多说了，有兴趣的联系我。

这个职位特别适合在校的phd，master的学生，或者移民办下来，不想继续读书的学生。在UA苦苦挣扎的同学们，有兴趣的话，发个短信给我，我帮你传过去。朋友圣诞休假，还有这是内部发的招聘，其他员工也有一些会推荐，所以简历要好好写，才能最大可能胜出。

才看到，有任何工程背景的都行，Petroleum Engineering, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Biophysics, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or other applicable degree
数学也行，物理也行
