老区的房子比较贵,建的年份也比较早,所以要是里面有翻修过的话,一般都会贵一些,没翻修过的住进去没多长时间就要自己动,也是一大比支出。但好吃就是交通方便一点,离大学近一点,方便一点,以后要是出租的话也是容易一点。7 I T/ a5 Z G5 B
