To acquire and maintain a solid base of customers, attaining a high level of profitability for the property. You will be accountable for generating budgeted revenue through development and implementation of a sales & marketing strategy.

• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.
; V' S6 s/ v5 D1 c* W" m: N# K• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;% ~9 A, [6 g" m6 y0 J9 ?2 f
• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;+ R. b/ z4 [8 Y9 i
• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;& s% c0 Z0 i( f# g2 ^$ q% X
• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.

Requirements:
