• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;
' K1 Q4 \5 o" {- o1 ^• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;
% y! h p0 r% I$ U& T0 L• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;( s+ H' k" b% o4 m, C1 M4 I/ w. S
• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.

•1-2 year of Sales or Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property6 t6 Z) @2 I. g" F+ ?1 M6 }
• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;) R% {4 K/ p8 k4 c
• Ability to lead and develop;3 F& w3 x) d- C6 E' B
• Background in the development & execution of business, marketing and sales plans and operating budgets;

• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;
