Job Description:

• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.2 j9 ?( S( A5 B
• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;

• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;
1 L( ?% R& G& l2 f& {• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.
' C/ b' o9 Z: D• As part of the hotel's sales team, assist in the creation, planning and organization of any in-house promotional efforts of the hotel;

+ j6 }" O# S0 g/ r9 d•1-2 year of Sales or Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property
) e$ C. y1 T) v! m% v• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;

• Background in the development & execution of business, marketing and sales plans and operating budgets;
