Job Responsibilities
9 B3 W) `" o, ] g; {• To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.
3 |5 K) `" u$ A0 T3 i2 B; p• Oversee hotel security requirements.
6 A3 }. z* b3 M9 _$ C- B- m, V• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.* q( q9 E3 X( |, Q' w
• To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation.
: E9 C9 Y% N. H• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.

• Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.. Z# R; O/ a" B( i/ G" e
• Weekly scheduling of the front desk staff.

• Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed.

• Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.

# i' s. K0 h- d! r# G/ D { S; X, P• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies9 v2 T' n9 W" t( \: b
• Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center5 Q% v$ X# l3 _. F$ ]) W" r* L. s
• Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float

•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property

• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;
