! i0 V8 U8 D1 f5 \1 s• To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.* B, Z4 F$ T, p. u# I0 e
• Oversee hotel security requirements.
1 T4 [: }' R# V9 P: ~% P• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.. k( w+ H4 u$ D% K
• To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation. ( v& G1 i3 p0 r3 [2 D7 ^( v
• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.
) l$ ~4 |: a6 V% W; ^* ~8 `• To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.9 |, W2 }7 | F6 v' H( z; r7 p/ |
• To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.* ?4 j- R0 I& l: E: U. W0 I$ o
• Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.

; m0 H) x( N4 w- i- v• Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed.
& n" Y1 z( B% U4 q1 D• Leading and coaching to provide exceptional guest service.
" [0 J3 E' D9 T& I) E• Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.+ i( w6 A7 s# M3 n. D5 J: l- U
• Attend Cluster meetings.
# I5 U9 L0 r! m( P2 ^• Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.; D! {2 ~) W# z. Z
• Handle PMS computer problems in each department ' E) b+ y: w! p/ b' h- f! q0 @, e
• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies6 D3 h; {% Y$ M R: V
• Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center, `3 _6 V# }$ j# [1 Z
• Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float

Requirements:
( d' R3 I% h, p& K( m•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property; d$ V9 I6 ?6 a* H6 h W4 h8 Q1 }& F
• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;; ]1 V, t! p; ~/ \4 n ?# Z8 B
• Ability to lead and develop;) s. P8 f8 w8 s
• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;5 D! P }4 _% Y4 `1 x
• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;
