• To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.7 A3 m) @1 \; F! u! c9 M# u
• Oversee hotel security requirements. 6 v. ]8 Q6 V' j7 j+ s5 k
• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.
0 o9 r5 H$ X& |8 O$ L+ O: \1 r9 t• To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation.
1 k/ ]- |; j6 o• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.
# k ]3 j) d }2 P0 I• To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.
3 j+ w& V( l! B* D% F' S( a• To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.
/ R+ I1 V' d L4 U0 Q8 O9 ]• Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.

! n* A" Z9 Q# p( G3 l( J1 Z2 F% x• Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed.
# C' ?* i' p; y$ r0 c• Leading and coaching to provide exceptional guest service.
2 D$ c6 a! a& s• Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.
$ I0 M. ~" W# h& e& @" h7 ^3 h" _• Attend Cluster meetings.
' u& D- F( n V- t% g/ v5 L4 n• Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.
' e. O5 U/ W0 W2 D• Handle PMS computer problems in each department 8 Q+ v) ?5 t! r8 j
• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies
' y, _/ r/ }$ W" N• Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center

•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property8 T$ N% F+ w* f# `4 c/ Z
• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;
3 f8 V: S# q ]4 q* ^ ~8 L1 H• Ability to lead and develop;
4 @ C3 a( L7 @& |: G9 z. N• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;+ X5 H9 [) r9 x5 K7 [. }* }
• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;

• Proven ability to manage multi-tasked assignments;
