! _) J1 L; x$ X+ A: ^  {' `•        To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.
- ?" B: `; M3 H1 d( z& Q6 C•        Oversee hotel security requirements. 8 j. q( q& V9 G% d+ o
•        To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.1 X7 ~: m& H0 R1 K6 E; ^/ A2 k* O
•        To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation.
+ h7 D2 L3 j8 L0 S8 t) H•        To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.2 Y% e# R. y" _* F. }
•        To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.9 c# s- F# p4 Q$ c3 C
•        To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.7 E! _% {' O) Z- v2 H
•        Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.8 {9 D8 @% M, E. L. G, ]' d# `
•        Weekly scheduling of the front desk staff. 9 u# v" U2 k) z) T7 U) g6 l# n
•        Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term. * I, _' E6 U, {* r
•        Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed.
  Q$ z3 ^' D. l. S•        Leading and coaching to provide exceptional guest service.
; H3 O( A/ U6 j) ^! P+ ~/ {•        Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.
3 f4 D% M; F" z5 \7 Q•        Attend Cluster meetings.
- o) Y* p8 G* i# R) S+ R( H•        Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.
3 B& I6 D. F% e5 k/ D4 r•        Handle PMS computer problems in each department # w. Z7 w' I6 W0 \6 l- @6 B
•        Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies
$ x: u+ R, S& w* S: Q•        Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center2 Z5 B9 Q; w3 f' `* d+ [' Q
•        Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float ! \* V% U# S; m  @* W- A3 L" q
•        Any other tasks assigned by the General Manager4 s3 a. _( k6 ^* W! }$ ~" _9 W

Requirements:
/ P& }3 n- y$ F* i/ N•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property! I2 o0 p: U% w# B8 g' s5 l, C# @! Q
• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;
% l& _& _' j; _& \2 E• Ability to lead and develop;
) J6 z! G" P( U2 `/ K• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;
+ U+ P5 j0 O* A* [4 J! h• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;
5 y8 G9 h% c. @5 \• Ability to work within deadlines;
% B- P7 x8 {' A) K% e• High level of creativity and innovation;
% z" D. i" y6 P$ U• Proven ability to manage multi-tasked assignments;1 R3 s% m  a8 \! _# j
• Strong interpersonal skills and a working knowledge of ACT, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.' Y6 h  ?- o- C. L
