这也隐含了如果拿EI的人如果不积极找工作,下次申请就更困难。

法规中进一步加强了对不努力找工作的人的定义: 6 x6 \' v3 f9 j8 _4 kFrequent claimants: "those who have had three or more claims for EI regular or fishing benefits and have collected benefits for a total of more than 60 weeks in the past 5 years." $ y9 p8 a. Y1 w9 D. w$ G如果5年有三次或以上申请,或总周数60周的EI,将归类为‘频繁申请EI’类别。这就不知有什么后续措施,如加强监督找工作的力度等。5 w7 j: m1 w$ A4 U* z4 K
所以我上面讲的是否申请EI,没有考虑新规则下的申请次数。在新规则下,如果一两月内可以找到工作,就要衡量一下是否申请。
