ebay 卖车的是骗子吗？

最近在kijiji和autotrader上看上2辆二手车，发邮件回复说，人和车都在外省，要通过ebay shipping 过来，感觉像骗子，有人清楚这事没？

我们也会从外地私人手里买车，但是我们会派人过去验车。。。如果你有这个条件，也不是不可以。
