埃德蒙顿2013年2月4日消息: 1月份，埃德蒙顿大都市区各类房型的销售量和平均价年同比全面上涨。独立房平均价比12月份下降1.93%，但比去年1月份上涨7.7%。 Condo平均价比上月下降3.1%，但与去年同比增长1.7%。所有住宅房平均价为$328,525 ，去年1月为$320,482，年同比增2.5%。独立房平均价为$399,832。Condo平均价为$216,139，而Duplex/Row House平均价则为$328,351。2 W. C- a" m$ D; x q
