3. To govern the members of the College.

4. To develop, establish and maintain qualifications for membership in the College.

6. To promote the practice of trades.

5 e5 T: J9 b' N L11. To receive and investigate complaints against members of the College and to deal with issues of discipline, misconduct, incompetency and incapacity.

15. To conduct research in relation to trades.
