2. To regulate the practice of trades.

9. To determine appropriate journeyperson to apprentice ratios for trades subject to ratios.

11. To receive and investigate complaints against members of the College and to deal with issues of discipline, misconduct, incompetency and incapacity.+ e# H; Z# P+ H1 ^" m. b1 e
