1. To establish the scope of practice for trades.' X+ ^; O% \7 g

. u" I" @2 G; ~& u- z' W- u' r0 _5. To issue certificates of qualification and statements of membership to members of the College and renew, amend, suspend, cancel, revoke or reinstate those certificates and statements as appropriate.

12. To address compliance issues in respect of matters within the jurisdiction of the College.( Q2 `9 H' C4 X# S" U
