The College's Objects as follows under The Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009:

5. To issue certificates of qualification and statements of membership to members of the College and renew, amend, suspend, cancel, revoke or reinstate those certificates and statements as appropriate., l* J- e* R/ i s k7 O

11. To receive and investigate complaints against members of the College and to deal with issues of discipline, misconduct, incompetency and incapacity.
