重大消息：安省的MTCU被取消电工评估、考试、发证资格

从今年4月8日起，所有关于电工JOURNEYMAN的认定，从申请评估到编题、考试、发证，全部改由安省技工学院来承办。
) w3 N& @; U  J% [& O: j去年PHD被查封，今年MTCU被剥夺主办资格，这些都是MTCU多年来滥发电工证、造成全国特别是阿省假电工泛滥成灾后，联邦政府采取果断措施大力整治的结果。
* J9 T  x& M$ ^# c0 Z可以预料的是，今后华人申请评估将被重点调查背景；考试题目将发生重大变化。目的就是严防假背景的人混进电工队伍。
而已经有证的，将迎来阳光明媚的春天。

1 C7 U8 ^% w. M. fBeginning on Apr. 8 2013, every journeyman got to pay $120 annual membership fee in order to register as a member. Fee for written exams for Certification of Qualification such as JM Electrician, JM Instrumentation and Control Technician is $150 instead of $100 which is currently collected by MTCU. Anyway OCT will take control of anything regarding trades according to the ONTARIO COLLEGE OF TRADES AND APPRENTICESHIP ACT 2009.

3. To govern the members of the College.

8. To maintain a public register of its members.

10. To determine whether a trade should have compulsory certification status.

15. To conduct research in relation to trades.

( H& V: P& t4 N16. To perform such additional functions as may be prescribed by a Lieutenant Governor’s regulation. 2009, c. 22, s. 11 (1).

No person shall employ a journeyperson or sponsor or employ an apprentice in a trade unless the person holds a statement of membership that is not suspended and that is in the class referred to in paragraph 3 of subsection 36 (1). 2009, c. 22, s. 7.

感觉爱城四少说话这么官腔呢，好象你是真电工似的，有多少人敢让政府去开移民档案，查一下底子。能给中国人找个出路，PHD也没办什么错事，只是可惜有几条臭鱼，太正常了。
+ d4 r! r2 f; S9 {/ s3 i( H安省只是把电工的管理机构更换，意思好像要收费，只是通知在安省注册的电工。这样好，大家可以规规矩矩按加拿大标准干活，有助于大家学code。
