1. To establish the scope of practice for trades.

14. To work with other governments in Canada and the Minister with respect to the interprovincial standards program for apprenticeship and with respect to qualifications required for trades." N5 O; O* y4 v

16. To perform such additional functions as may be prescribed by a Lieutenant Governor’s regulation. 2009, c. 22, s. 11 (1).
