1. To establish the scope of practice for trades.

7. To establish apprenticeship programs and other training programs for trades including training standards, curriculum standards and examinations.

8. To maintain a public register of its members.

' ~+ w( ^" f7 E11. To receive and investigate complaints against members of the College and to deal with issues of discipline, misconduct, incompetency and incapacity.
