    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；
( I' f% i, U: F4 q; I& l+ Z8 e5 U    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；
    Other ad hoc duties

4 U( F$ E" c# H' O2 h0 Y: F    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

职位介绍：
    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
/ t1 R2 o7 ?4 a8 q& A0 X1 r    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
% ?: j5 p7 Z9 t: t. `& G, m6 p    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
/ D$ l6 D# E& F8 D3 w    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
% J8 h% X# `* H8 ?    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
& M* [# y6 K! I7 V. q: f    Weekly estimating progress reports；
    Assemble final bid packages；
    Other ad hoc duties

7 k, r# q7 K% E- C7 U6 t职位要求：
- r  x2 b& f. T1 R' y- L* p    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
7 c+ O* |8 s0 @% x: w/ s: R    Field and site experience an asset；
! C. j* @% F( K* a  B4 _% ~* F    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
$ O8 a* y) n5 C3 @$ {$ Q    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
2 `& Y& f+ Y$ v) T    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
% k& |* G& p% ^1 `( p    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications

     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
