Maintenance Mechanic

    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
5 V) X& S$ @# J( O" V    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Senior Estimator
职位介绍：
    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
% T" q( \) O: x4 v    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
3 @" L! T* o, L5 P    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
6 N- D1 k9 @' K6 g" x* m    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
: J$ j, m) B5 t, y6 M    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
    Weekly estimating progress reports；
    Assemble final bid packages；
    Other ad hoc duties

1 K0 W9 R" I9 d3 Z; T" R1 Q4 ]% V职位要求：
    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
" L  r* @/ p& s: Y9 i; S    Field and site experience an asset；
    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
( T# H- h1 N# [5 |9 d    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
3 p5 N! B* d  |7 e0 B    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
3 e$ q7 u4 y7 l0 e* `/ S    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
$ P$ v5 c5 t! l# g    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications

     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
