Responsibilities
$ B0 _3 l1 }) ?, Q0 H•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages- p& q7 o: q( x' h
•Review all aspects of the RFP documents
. }# |9 ?* h& T& y8 o; n- G•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages
5 Z* P! m6 e* ^( ^1 |•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
, U+ c# P l/ x2 e•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing1 e: Y9 m3 h' Y, h' [4 h
•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships# Y5 ~6 `4 r( A$ N' [& ^8 s9 H
•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle
