1 t9 t2 Z# B+ ]1 cTo provide an accurate estimate of the full construction cost to perform the field or modular work as required with consideration of all risks and commercial obligations.

Responsibilities
+ x7 ]! `# _: `" Z7 \% s1 S8 T•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages. W' w; z( I5 R4 `" o j+ Y
•Review all aspects of the RFP documents. h6 g4 p) i$ q) ?
•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages
; B6 Y3 |" U) v; p2 `. i* V•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work / y; p: ?5 @& _2 t& ~. t3 G
•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing
5 _ b3 \" v# d/ C•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships# ^, A' g6 W2 D! K, t* Z+ N5 ?
•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle
_( B7 U, i& D5 D4 @# D* q•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator
