•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages+ O$ X6 k; y8 F7 c6 V4 n& b
•Review all aspects of the RFP documents& i n3 J* X& n3 Y: t
•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages

•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing
