Responsibilities
; D7 P3 i* o [2 L•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages# Q/ ~( b. \0 l4 T" {
•Review all aspects of the RFP documents" _" G C5 _! u2 H6 P, H" | f
•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages( S3 [$ V) k& X+ p
•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
$ v% |/ K% [+ S0 X' U( a•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing

+ s: l w- g6 X% q0 s•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle' F, Q$ f/ I: F# W, K7 w2 m- j
•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator
