请教：门前树下的一圈石子怎么铺？

去年才买的房，今年门前树下的那一圈石子上已经有很多草长了出来。
我想要把石子重新铺一下，不知道需要注意些什么呢？

是不是这些步骤？
把石子移走
+ O( Q' j! g+ ^; _把下面的landscaping fabric移走
( r, ^$ X! Z5 `+ ?皮圈里面的草拔掉
(需不需要在剩下的土上喷一下除草剂呀？会不会连树一起给灭了呢？)
铺新的landscaping fabric
1 K& ]+ n) P" G+ r  C! @( E2 _再把石子铺回去

0 u( x8 e6 s+ I4 n  U2 {还有就是这项工程英文叫什么？我也好去youtube搜搜看有没有教程。

底下铺一些碎木头或树皮，草就不长了。上面在放上石子。
