5 J9 O# M- K' SOverall function of this position is to develop the East Asian customer base of the company. The purpose of the Business Development Rep is to drive new business in his/her territory, while maintaining profitable sales

The impact of the position is to ensure long term healthy growth of the company

; e$ x" i- V! M3 l4 TKey Responsibilities:

. o4 t# ~) k" j& @+ d• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 

8 j8 |( {" T, G/ ]; v• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.4 ~* l. E# Y$ H, A- {. I

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours. 

' p. _( Y2 T' [' R, u+ e( \% K3 T  u! P• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.

Job Qualifications
8 N6 Q7 ]2 j  t# Q0 ]0 x• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 
$ ~. g: @% W# {! \( j4 e5 V
• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.
  C% s  R2 p7 M$ D& r
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
) V. {  J8 H, N, p+ C
• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.
5 D: d8 {' x; i5 t: |5 f
• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
8 A8 P. l$ O: P0 K) o
• Travel within the assigned region.

4 c( V$ h& Y  x7 Q' c3 w% @3 ]• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com

这个不是我公司,是帮猎头公司的朋友发的,很靠谱的猎头。因为他们要求找会说国语或者粤语的。所以有兴趣的朋友可以试一下。
