Key Responsibilities:

7 r! @6 ^% l% W: w% e9 n% `• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales.

• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

5 V Y6 c' U& ^' w, u! @$ {" l3 a• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.$ H) L* U, a( i7 h! M' u( U

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations., I1 f! h, M% Q5 m5 ?& `7 z5 j

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.

Job Qualifications5 ~' r" q1 ?4 E! r. n5 C1 ^3 n
• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

$ N7 B2 a' x5 H J% @• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.
% S* D8 X9 f4 I$ w( P
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
* ?2 w) }3 z; J( [9 M& c
• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

7 O- a$ o# e$ p1 j5 l' _• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.

• Travel within the assigned region.

1 ?6 N1 X* n8 Q# S9 `• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
