• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 

+ K3 I2 V! b0 b O• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.
" Q6 D% \5 t# D. ^: l8 s
• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.3 j7 A: E m; o

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.8 q+ Z! l/ I2 V& P/ c: o

Job Qualifications
8 x- Q+ x$ d5 b, ?3 n/ ]• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 
$ w% D% K0 |7 t
• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.
7 t5 }$ \# h8 N4 x9 w
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
: h3 ]! t' _" i; K9 |$ }( @
• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

: C3 N# N' H B, |• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
, X3 \9 v$ }& x% M4 B
• Travel within the assigned region.

. H+ e1 e( z7 K2 c$ G# H• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
