Key Responsibilities:

• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 
6 K, \* F# w) M9 R* H& F1 P- `
• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

) C7 w3 U+ m2 p) U7 y! G• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.( H+ q. u- o8 p, g' b% |

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

% d9 S" |5 ~9 T" s• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.

Job Qualifications
w" [# _ N" r" |! @; q• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

- d% L; f: W" C& ^' h0 z1 P: D• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

9 D& C. V5 l: |• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
& |0 O4 T$ q+ E( w( I( A
• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.
& x, G4 L9 I% x9 T9 Z9 {
• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.

• Travel within the assigned region.
