8 e  g. ]3 ?1 z6 C7 `To provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.

Primary Objective/Duties of position:

    Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals
    Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
    Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
4 c1 |/ Y5 [: B( t" ?" m+ s* t6 v    Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
6 a7 {" s" Q! L, V4 s! {( s    Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals
0 p" y% N  K' T    Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
/ q' W5 ]* y  t- e: B9 K; a- y
    High School and or Post Secondary Education
/ f& \/ H3 x: l. Y% k# M8 O% i5 s    Previous customer service experience
/ `7 g' p- S: c4 ~    Previous sales experience an asset
    General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
! M. U# u8 j# s, b* q    Strong analytical and organizational skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
