Big noise when turn right or left

my used car. The sound seems very big when make a turn. It seems no engin oil. But I check the oil. It's still between E and F.  This problems come from transmision oil?

根本就不是engine oil的问题，是power steering fluid 漏了

You have a problem in you steering system.
0 o3 i$ J! L; G. \0 ^Either the  power steering fluid is low, a bad steering pump, or the bearing is shot.
If it is a clicking noise only, then it is the CV joint.

9 |3 j, M' T, Q) l. c3 S3 i% U$ `With your knowledge, I think you should only be checking the power steering fluid level and leave the rest to the mechanics.
