请教：关于外省汽车如何上牌的问题？

我的汽车是从东部省份运过来的，上个星期刚刚把驾照换成是AB省的。

下一步应该是先买保险，还是先做车检？最后上牌？

2) Get the insurance in Alberta.
3) Inspect your car.
4) Obtain the plate.
