Position Overview
/ a. i- W1 I% r; M$ D" o6 A•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
5 S! f, N: }1 d4 b; X•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

0 Z' U, m! Y+ y•        Retail customer service experience.
•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
•        Excellent communication skills in English
